About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll deliver a range of beauty services to our valued clients while contributing to a professional and friendly salon culture. Key Responsibilities Perform waxing and electrolysis for facial and body hair removal Provide manicures, pedicures, decorative nail art, and artificial nail applications Administer facial and body massages Conduct skin analyses and advise on treatments Welcome clients, manage appointments, and maintain accurate client records Offer personalised advice on makeup and beauty products Cross‑sell treatments and products as appropriate Maintain cleanliness and sterilise equipment before use Treatments Offered at Tahuna Beauty Spa Include Acrylics, Hard Gel, SNS/BIAB Gel Nails, Nail Art, Manicure & Pedicure Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lift Body Waxing (including Brazilian) Facials, Massage, Dermaplaning, Dermabrasion Tinting, Brow Lamination, Threading Spray Tanning, Semi‑permanent Makeup Tattoo IPL, Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal, Teeth Whitening Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a beauty therapist Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven technical expertise in a wide range of beauty treatments High standards of hygiene and professionalism A proactive, friendly, and customer‑focused attitude Benefits Staff discounts on products Complimentary beauty treatments Incentive bonuses for product and treatment sales Supportive, friendly team environment Visa Status In your application, please indicate whether you are a New Zealand citizen or resident visa holder.
