Jora New Zealand in Taupo is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure service delivery and food quality meet guest expectations. The ideal candidate will lead from the front with empathy, maturity and diplomacy, hold a current Duty Manager licence, and have at least 3 years in hospitality.
