The Opportunity | Te Āheinga Following an internal move, you'll lead maintenance and compliance across multiple workshop sites in the North Island, directing experienced workshop managers to keep a large bus fleet safe and operational seven days a week. Your key accountabilities: Fleet availability and peak vehicle requirements across Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga. Balancing planned and reactive maintenance, and in-house versus outsourced work. Building strong partnerships with the operations team, your key internal customer. Leading the transition to a new asset management system across all sites. About You | Māu You're a trained engineer in mechanical, automotive or heavy vehicle disciplines, with proven experience managing fleet maintenance operations across multiple sites.
