Advanced Personnel Services – North Shore, North Island An opportunity for an experienced adviser seeking a professional part‑time role. We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join an established financial services team in a part‑time capacity. The role will be primarily based in their Hibiscus Coast offices. You'll work with clients across a range of residential lending requirements, providing considered advice, managing applications and building long-term relationships with both clients and lenders. What You'll Be Doing Provide professional mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs. Manage lending applications from initial enquiry through to settlement. Develop and maintain strong client and lender relationships. Provide ongoing support to existing clients. Maintain accurate CRM, documentation and compliance records. About You Strong residential lending experience. Sound knowledge of lending products and lender policies. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. A professional, client-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and compliance standards. The relevant New Zealand qualifications and registrations required for the role.
