Service Technician

You will be responsible for carrying out routine servicing of HRV systems, including filter changes, system checks, and ensuring optimal performance for our customers. The role is largely independent once trained, so the ability to work confidently on your own is essential. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional commission through product and service recommendations. Key responsibilities Service and maintain HRV ventilation systems Replace filters and carry out routine system inspections Identify any issues and provide clear recommendations to customers Represent the company professionally in customers' homes Occasional overnight travel to Gisborne and Taupō (paid overnight allowance provided) About you Full current New Zealand driver's licence (essential) Physically fit and able to work in ceilings, roof spaces and tight areas Able to pass a police check Comfortable working independently as well as part of a supportive team Reliable, well-presented and customer-focused Previous experience in ventilation, HVAC, building services or a related trade is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided Living wage + commission on sales Paid overnight allowance for out-of-town work Supportive and friendly team environment Ongoing training and development Opportunity to grow within New Zealand most trusted ventilation company Vehicle and tools provided for the role (or as applicable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
