As the Clinical Lead, you'll be responsible for shaping,enhancing, and supporting the primary care services, and on embedding clinicalgovernance and ensuring, integration of primary and secondary care. You'll workcollaboratively with the Clinical Leadership Team to drive strategic planning,foster effective inter-professional partnerships, and uphold the values of TeWhatu Ora Te Tai o Poutini West Coast. Key Responsibilities Provideand champion clinical governance, quality improvement and ensure highprofessional standards within primary care. Actas a leader and advocate for clinical best practices across the district. Engagewith key stakeholders inside and outside the organisation , fosteringcollaboration to achieve Coast-wide healthcare goals. Mentor,empower, and inspire teams to maintain effective communication and deliveroutstanding care. Your Background We're seeking a respected senior doctor with experience in, or passion forclinical governance. Experience in healthcare leadership and a track record fordelivering high quality primary healthcare would be ideal.
