Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Expert for AI Training. You will author high-fidelity reasoning traces to teach large language models how to think—step by step, decision by decision. This is a fully remote hourly contract with 10–40 hours per week, enabling independent, async work alongside leading AI labs.
