You’ll operate a range of modern excavators on projects that matter — from farm developments and subdivisions to drainage and infrastructure work. You’ll work alongside a great team of operators, truck drivers, site foremen, and project managers to help shape the land and deliver exceptional results. Day-to-day tasks may include: Final trim and detailed excavation Bulk earthworks and trenching Working safely around services and infrastructure Site preparation and environmental management Contributing to a high-performing and supportive team Skills You Will Need Proven experience operating excavators Confidence in final trim and working to plans WTR endorsements (essential) Class 2 or higher licence (preferred) Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Positive, can-do attitude and team spirit What's In It For You?
