Marketing and Administration Coordinator Bring your creative ideas to life with the New Vision Group Are you a creative thinker who loves great design, engaging content and seeing ideas come to life - but also enjoys the buzz of a busy office and keeping things organised? New Vision Group is looking for a talented Marketing and Administration Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, Nelson. New Vision Group brings together three leading local businesses: New Vision Landscapes, NV Design and NV Pools . From beautifully designed landscapes and outdoor spaces to premium swimming pools, our brands are all about creating exceptional spaces - and we’re looking for someone who can help us tell those stories. A role with plenty of variety This is a full-time hybrid role that combines creativity, marketing and hands-on administration. No two days will be quite the same. You’ll have the opportunity to: Capture and edit photography of our projects and work sites Manage and develop content across our social media channels Help bring our brand strategy to life alongside our Communications Manager Create and update web material and graphics Prepare sales quotes and complete data entry Support the daily administration needs of three growing businesses What you'll bring We’re looking for someone who is creative, organised, proactive and comfortable wearing a few different hats . You’ll ideally have experience with: Adobe Creative Cloud Meta Business Suite MS Office Website platforms such as Squarespace Photography and photo editing Workflow Max or similar job costing software. You’ll need a good eye for detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing your creative spark. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes ownership of their work and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing group of local businesses. Who you'll work with Reporting to our Business Manager , you’ll work alongside the talented and collaborative Office, Design and Operations teams.
