Job Description
Jora New Zealand will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey. BraveGen is a New Zealand-based Enterprise Carbon Accounting and Building Optimisation technology company. This role has run fractionally, and the building blocks are in place: updated brand and messaging, and an ABM-focused programme accelerating growth. Moving to full time adds the bandwidth to accelerate three things: brand development, product rollout, and direct sales support. The job is to activate it and take it further. Key responsibilities Drive brand and support growth in Australia. With a large market share in New Zealand we are actively targeting Australia. However we are a new brand, we need to build that brand and enable sales to execute. Keep marketing moving at the speed of the product. The carbon product is innovating fast. You position that rapid innovation and get each new release in front of the market as fast as it ships. Communicate the immediate value of the platform. Carbon Accounting and Building Optimisation on one platform is the differentiator. You make that value obvious and specific to ANZ buyers, so the combined offering is understood and preferred. Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the overall business goals. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to meet these strategies. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources for maximum efficiency and ROI. Uphold and enhance brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications. Conduct and analyse market research to identify trends, demands, and competitor strategies. Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to communications, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies across both digital and non-digital channels. About you 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with genuine ownership of a go-to-market function and the hands‑on ability to execute the plan yourself. Hands‑on experience running account‑based marketing programmes. You have actually done ABM, not just presented on it. An AI‑first approach with demonstrable results applying AI to go‑to‑market. You can point to real GTM output you have produced or accelerated with AI. Comfortable working in HubSpot as the system of record, both as a user and with knowledge of how AI can be leveraged with it. Proven as a team of one, or close to it. Comfortable owning strategy and execution with no one else to hand it to. A track record of building structure out of ambiguity without needing top‑down authority or a perfect brief. Comfortable working closely and collaboratively across sales, product and account management. Experience marketing sustainability, ESG, compliance, or PropTech software (preferred). Experience marketing to property, facilities, finance, or governance and risk buyers (preferred). Experience marketing into the Australian market specifically (preferred). About us BraveGen is a New Zealand-based Enterprise Carbon Accounting and Building Optimisation technology company. We work with some of Australasia's most prominent corporate businesses, commercial property owners, fund managers, and corporate businesses, including NAB, BNZ, Spark, Optus, Auckland Council, and University of Auckland - to meet their sustainability reporting obligations, and support their efforts to reduce emissions. Our goal goes beyond net zero: to save sustainability teams the time they lose to carbon admin so they can focus on real climate action, and to help building owners and managers achieve market‑leading building performance. We hold ourselves to four commitments: Be Brave, Be Innovative, Be Practical, Be Smart. Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs. Don't transfer any money or complete suspicious online surveys. If you see something suspicious, report this job ad . #J-18808-Ljbffr
