Supporting a team of two Wealth Advisors, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their busy schedules and providing the high level of administrative support that enables them to deliver exceptional service to their clients. The role is varied and fast-paced, encompassing everything from calendar management, client liaison and administration through to preparing documentation, co-ordinating meetings and proactively keeping everything organised behind the scenes. We're looking for someone who's exceptionally organised, highly detail-oriented and always thinking one step ahead. You'll be confident juggling multiple priorities, enjoy working in a busy environment and be happy turning your hand to whatever is needed. As this role involves regular interaction with high-value clients, outstanding communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Ideally, you'll have experience working within financial services or other professional services environments and understand the expectations of supporting professionals in a corporate setting. You'll bring proven experience in support/PA/administration roles, along with: Exceptional organisational and time management skills Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills A warm, professional and client-focused approach Confidence working with numbers and financial information A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise Be articulate, professional and discreet You'll be working in stunning CBD offices with some of the best harbour views in Auckland alongside around 200 employees in Auckland, with additional offices throughout New Zealand.
