Pacific Radiology – Christchurch, South Island We’re looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. Based in Christchurch, this permanent full-time role will see you provide trusted, practical advice to leaders across a busy and people-focused healthcare environment. This is a broad, hands‑on advisory role for someone who brings sound judgement, strong relationship skills and the confidence to work across operational people matters, employee relations, workforce planning and change. You’ll be close to the business, supporting leaders to make well-considered decisions while contributing to wider People & Culture priorities. The work will include: Partnering with leaders to provide timely, practical and well-considered people advice Supporting employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes Advising on workforce planning, recruitment, retention and development priorities Using workforce data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making Contributing to regional and national People & Culture initiatives You’ll be an experienced HR or People & Culture professional who is confident working with leaders and comfortable navigating complex or sensitive people matters. You’ll bring a practical, solutions-focused approach, balanced with care, and sound judgement. You’ll likely have: Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in a complex or multi-site environment Experience advising leaders on employee relations, conduct and performance matters Confidence interpreting policy and supporting consistent outcomes that support the organization's values and goals The ability to build trusted relationships across different teams and levels of the organisation A thoughtful, pragmatic style and the judgement to know when to advise, coach, escal...
