Job Description
Sanford is seeking an experienced Meal Plant Operator (Independent Contractor) to join the San Aotea II, a longliner vessel targeting ling in the Sub-Antarctic, Chatham Rise, and off the Southland coast. You will operate and maintain the fish meal plant, working with the Skipper and Engineering team to ensure safe, efficient production. The role is trip-based (6-7 weeks on, 6-7 weeks off) with a balanced rotation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
