Junior Sales Rep

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales member to join our sales team and help us look after our growing customer base. You'll come in, learn our products inside and out, and take on responsibility for a portfolio of accounts, keeping customers engaged, placing orders, and making sure no one falls off our radar. This is a hands-on, relationship-first role. You'll be talking to workshops, tuners, and motorsport businesses around the world every day, supported closely by our Sales Manager and the wider team as you find your feet, with a clear path to grow within the business. Key responsibilities Manage and grow a defined portfolio of existing customer accounts through regular, proactive contact Re-engage lapsed customers and rebuild purchasing relationships through outreach and follow-up Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner and professionally Process orders accurately and coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth fulfilment Develop a thorough understanding of the Kelford Cams product range to give customers confident, informed recommendations Maintain accurate records and keep the team updated on account activity, issues, and opportunities Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base Support the Sales Manager and wider team with customer campaigns and strategic initiatives About you Strong communication skills: you're personable, clear, and build trust easily Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a busy workload without dropping the ball A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow Comfortable working on-site as part of a close-knit team Good computer literacy, including email and standard business systems Full product training and close mentorship from an experienced sales team A genuine opportunity to grow your career in technical automotive sales A supportive, small-team environment where your work makes a real difference The chance to work with passionate customers and world-class products every day About us Kelford Cams is a specialist performance camshaft manufacturer and distributor with a long-established global customer base.
