About the role This is a client facing role involving some of the most significant Commercial Flooring projects in the region. It requires an exceptional team to manage the workload and support our clients. The role involves extensive product knowledge, detailed and accurate tenders, consultations, measuring & quantifying flooring using the latest technology. Your attention to detail means that our clients and operational team can rely on your work. Vehicle, laptop and mobile phone will also be provided. About you You have very high attention to detail and have strong experience in reading and understanding plans and specifications. Along with your natural focus on detail, you are a people person and have proven success in consultative sales and maintaining strong relationships. You will be working in a team structure so it’s critical that you thrive in it, contributing 100% effort and striving for perfection. A positive attitude and open-minded approach are essential. You must be willing and quick to learn and believe that accuracy alongside great process delivers exceptional results.You have: A proven background in trade/commercial sales – preferrably with experience in Flooring Competence with computers and usual software packages An ability to read & understand floor plans Natural attention to detail, sound business acumenand great communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
