Permanent part time roles for immediate start. As well as full time and part time fixed term and casual roles for the summer season! As a Food and Beverage Attendant you will: Work in our fast-paced ballroom café serving guests from around the world. Serve guests in our unique four course, dinner experience - including assisting with the setup, dining service, tour of the castle, and pack down. Serve breakfast to our accommodation guests in the original Larnach Castle stables. Serve catered lunches, high teas and Devonshire teas to our Castle day visitors. Play a key role in ensuring functions at the castle such as weddings, conference dinners, and reunions run smoothly.This includes setting up for functions (moving furniture and boxes of alcohol required) , serving and clearing dinner and pack down at the end of the evening. Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and responsible. Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude. Eager to learn. All applicants for this position must have the right to work in New Zealand, reliable transport, a current driver’s license and be able to work weekends, school holidays, and statutory days.
