Our beloved senior stylist of 6 years is relocating cities this winter, which means we have a loyal client base just waiting for the right hands! We are a cozy, high-end boutique salon based right here in the heart of Remuera Auckland, and we're on the hunt for someone to take the reins. Role Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional precision cutting, styling, and technical colour services to a loyal, established clientele. Build strong, long-term client relationships through a warm, personalised and premium salon experience. Consult with clients to understand their individual needs, lifestyle and desired look, providing expert recommendations. Maintain consistently high standards of technical skill, attention to detail and finish across all services. Recommend professional haircare products where appropriate, with a genuine focus on supporting clients’ hair goals. Contribute to a welcoming, polished and positive salon environment. Work collaboratively with the team, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and contributing to the creative culture of the salon. Who We Are Looking For: You have 3 years of experience behind the chair and a strong background in precision cutting and technical colouring. Alternatively, you have at least aLevel 4 qualification in this field. You provide a premium, personalised hospitality experience for every client. You are a positive team player who values collaboration and creativity.
