Food & Fibre ISB Trading As Primary ITO – Ashburton, South Island Wellbeing Package (2 Health and Wellbeing days off, Cash benefit, and Southern Cross Medical Insurance) Community Volunteer Day Paid leave between Christmas and New Year's Flexible working arrangements to support a work-life balance including flexible start and finish times and workingt from home 5 weeks’ annual leave after the completion of 3 years continuous employment About The Role Collaborate with learners and workplaces to identify and promote training opportunities and grow capability within the agriculture industry. Be a people-focused person with a passion for building strong working connections in the agriculture sector. Work alongside learners and employers to identify training needs and assist with developing training plans to support learner progression. Enrol learners and support them to complete successfully Conduct learner and workplace visits Proactively market Primary ITO to prospective employers and learners. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) would have a portfolio that would cover the Mid and South Canterbury region, our ideal candidate would be based in Ashburton, but for the right candidate someone could be based from Timaru. This role would alsorequire regional travel when appropriate, in which a company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone will be provided. Skills & Experience Knowledge/experience in the agriculture sector. Experience in customer focused role Sales experience with a passion for building strong connections Computer literacy and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent time management, planning, and organisation skills Excellent communication, both written and verbally, and relationship building skills Understanding of work-based learning would be beneficial.
