You will be joining a genuinely great team doing some seriously exciting work in the world of warehouse and factory automation. We design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that are changing how products are stored, picked, packed and moved. You do not need to arrive knowing everything about automation. What matters is that you are curious, capable, full of initiative and excited by the opportunity to take ownership of a varied marketing role. Organisational skills will be your superpower! What you will be doing This is a broad, hands-on role where no two weeks will look quite the same. You could be coordinating a major industry expo, capturing content at an automation project, planning a client event, working with a creative agency, updating our website or building a campaign for LinkedIn and YouTube. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering conferences, expos, client events, sporting events and other brand experiences Coordinating venues, suppliers, schedules, registrations, budgets and event communications Managing sponsorships and partnerships that align with the Automate-X brand Creating and scheduling content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta and other relevant channels Supporting digital campaigns across Google, YouTube, email and social media Capturing photography and video at customer projects, events and company activities Coordinating external photographers, videographers, designers, editors and other creative partners Helping share the stories behind our people, technology, projects and customers Monitoring marketing performance and using the results to continually improve what we do Protecting and strengthening the Automate-X brand across every channel Who we are looking for You are likely someone who loves variety, gets genuine satisfaction from making things happen, is highly organised, and comfortable moving between creativity and co-ordination. You will bring At least two years of experience in marketing, events, brand or content coordination Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing the detail or the plot! Experience planning events and coordinating suppliers, schedules and budgets Confidence creating content across digital and print channels A good understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, websites and email marketing Strong written communication skills and a natural eye for what makes content engaging Some photography and videography capability, along with confidence coordinating external creatives A proactive approach and the confidence to take an idea and run with it The ability to work independently while being an active part of a collaborative team Experience with graphic design, animation, motion graphics, AI content tools, CRM platforms or marketing automation would be a bonus. Why Automate-X? We are a fast growing Australasian business working at the forefront of warehouse and factory automation. The technology is impressive, but our people are what truly set us apart. We are ambitious, without the corporate stiffness. We work hard, back one another and genuinely enjoy what we do. Good ideas are welcomed, decisions can be made quickly and you will have the freedom to make this role your own. You will collaborate with intelligent people, clever technology and plenty of opportunities to get out from behind the desk and create content where the action is happening. This is a role with real variety, visibility and room to grow alongside the business. The role is based in our Papakura office with a hybrid work from home environment and will include some travel for events, projects and content creation across New Zealand and Australia. If someone came to mind while you were reading this, please feel free to share it with them too. We would really appreciate it! Please note As we are looking to fill this role soon, applicants must already have unrestricted working rights in New Zealand. The ability to work in Australia would be highly regarded, as we support projects and events across both countries. We know applying for a new role takes time and thought, so we genuinely appreciate the effort you put into your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
