About the Role As a Field Service Technician, you’ll work both in our workshop and out on customer sites, providing professional servicing and repairs on a wide range of agricultural machinery. Servicing and repairing Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra and other leading agricultural machinery to a high standard. Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults using the latest AGCO diagnostic systems and tools. Carrying out inspections and providing repair recommendations. Completing service documentation accurately and on time. Participating in AGCO factory training and ongoing professional development. Delivering exceptional customer service while representing the Piako Tractors brand. About You A qualified diesel or heavy automotive mechanic (or equivalent trade qualification). Experienced in servicing and maintaining agricultural machinery (AGCO experience is advantageous but not essential). Confident diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. Self‑motivated with excellent time management skills. Able to work independently while also contributing to a strong team environment. Professional, reliable and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Holds a current full New Zealand driver’s licence. What We Offer Competitive remuneration package.
