As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between our customers and our development teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and turning ideas into practical outcomes. About the Role As a Business Analyst at Frogparking, you'll be the link between our customers and our software teams. You’ll spend time engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, then work closely with our development teams to translate those conversations into clear requirements and actionable work. Success in this role is about more than gathering requirements. It's about building trusted relationships, asking the right questions, uncovering the real problem to solve, and ensuring our teams have the information they need to deliver great outcomes. This is an onsite role based in Palmerston North , working closely with our product and engineering teams. What You'll Bring Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills Confidence working directly with customers and stakeholders Experience gathering, documenting, and communicating requirements clearly A curious mindset and a desire to understand how things work Ability to ask insightful questions and uncover underlying business needs Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to balance multiple priorities and conversations A collaborative approach and willingness to work across different teams How You Work We're less concerned with specific qualifications and more interested in how you approach problems and people.
