The Victoria Hotel – Dunedin, South Island About the Well Manor Restaurant Our restaurant operates with a simple and steady service structure: Breakfast service: 7:00am – 10:00am Dinner service: 6:00pm – 8:00pm About the Role Part-time, permanent role: Evening: 4:00pm – 9:00pm (Offering approximately 20 hours per week including weekend if required) Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals to a high standard Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Support smooth kitchen operations during service Take sole charge of the kitchen during quiet periods About You Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is an advantage Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Able to handle a fast-paced environment when required Why Join Us?
