Abrasive Blasting Operator

We are on the lookout for someone experienced in the preparation and sandblasting of industrial equipment. This role will be acting as a key member of our client's business, and the ideal candidate will have the ability to work on their own and alongside a team. What You'll Do Operate blasting equipment to remove rust, paint, dirt, and other materials from surfaces and prepare them for coatings and further processing Follow safe work procedures and maintain equipment for efficient, high-quality results Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines What We're Looking For Previous experience operating blasting or surface preparation equipment A strong focus on safety and attention to detail Good teamwork skills and a positive work ethic Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks on site What's On Offer Full time, ongoing work with a supportive team Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunity to build your skills and grow within the company Safe, structured working environment Hours of work Mon to Fri 7am start Pay - $28 to $30 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
