This is a full time permanent position that involves working with our employers and trainees from East Tamaki to Huntly. A full drivers license is required for this role and a vehicle, with allowance for personal use, is provided! You’ll be tasked with generating sales and sales leads across our qualifications, providing support and guidance to our customers and learners, ensuring a high level of quality training and assessment, attending and promoting our qualifications in schools and generally promoting the infrastructure industry as an attractive career option! The successful candidate will have a business development acumen with a keen eye for new sales growth. You’ll be taking the lead in identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships and business development opportunities, all while staying informed about industry trends to promote learner outcomes.We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in generating end-to-end sales who are eager to develop their own pool of apprentices from both new and current customer leads. With strong account management experience and an affinity for training and education, relationship building and communication, you’ll get the opportunity to apply your networking and customer service skills to make a real difference. This is a busy role with a diverse range of trainees, companies, and providers in the region that will need your support, guidance, and advice - so if you’ve got excellent time and workload management skills, we want to hear from you! Our qualifications cover the Civil, Energy, Telecommunications and Water sectors - a background in any of these domains is therefore desirable.Education/NZQA knowledge and experience with workplace training would also be ideal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
