Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, consumer events, trade shows, expos, in-store promotions, wellness pop-ups, sampling campaigns, and community engagement events. Develop creative event concepts that align with Lifestream's brand strategy, product priorities, seasonal campaigns, and commercial objectives. Bring Lifestream's brand story, plant-based wellness positioning, and New Zealand heritage to life through engaging physical experiences. Create event experiences that educate, inspire, and connect with consumers, helping them understand product benefits and the role of plant-based nutrition in everyday wellness. Support the development of event calendars, activation plans, run sheets, consumer journeys, booth concepts, display layouts, and on-site brand experiences. Ensure all event touchpoints, including signage, product displays, sampling stations, staff presentation, messaging, giveaways, and printed materials, are consistent with Lifestream's brand identity and premium wellness positioning. Work with the wider marketing team to integrate events with social media, PR, influencer activity, content creation, retail promotions, and broader brand campaigns. Identify and support opportunities for strategic brand partnerships, community collaborations, wellness experiences, and lifestyle events that strengthen Lifestream's brand relevance. Liaise with venues, event organisers, suppliers, retailers, agencies, ambassadors, wellness practitioners, and other external partners. Manage event logistics, including venues, suppliers, staffing, product stock, promotional materials, sampling requirements, setup, pack-down, timelines, and budgets. Support retail and trade activations by creating engaging experiences that drive product education, trial, conversion, and stronger relationships with retail partners. Capture event content, consumer feedback, testimonials, insights, and visual assets to support social media, brand storytelling, and post-event marketing communications. Represent Lifestream professionally and authentically at events, with strong product knowledge and a passion for plant-based wellness. Monitor competitor activations, wellness trends, consumer engagement formats, and experiential marketing ideas to continuously improve Lifestream's event presence. Track and analyse event performance, including attendance, consumer engagement, product trial, leads, sales impact, social content opportunities, brand exposure, consumer feedback, and return on investment. Prepare post-event reports, insights, and recommendations to improve future activations and brand experience strategies. Qualifications and Experience Experience in event marketing, brand activations, experiential marketing, trade marketing, promotional events, or a similar role. Strong understanding of how events can be used to build brand awareness, consumer connection, product education, and commercial results. Ability to translate brand strategy into engaging on-site experiences, consumer journeys, and practical event execution. Experience delivering consumer-facing or trade events, ideally within the health, wellness, natural products, FMCG, retail, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods sectors. Strong event planning and coordination skills, with proven ability to manage logistics, timelines, budgets, suppliers, and multiple moving parts. Creative mindset with an eye for brand presentation, visual merchandising, event styling, consumer engagement, and storytelling. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external partners. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail. Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate event performance, interpret results, and recommend improvements. Comfortable working on-site and hands-on, including occasional evening or weekend events, booth setup, product displays, sampling, and practical event tasks. Proficiency with common office and marketing tools, including spreadsheets and presentation software. Experience with event platforms, CRM tools, social media tools, or reporting systems is an advantage. Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, events, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience. A genuine interest in plant-based wellness, natural health, sustainability, and lifestyle-led wellbeing, with the ability to represent the Lifestream brand authentically to diverse audiences.
