Beyond Recruitment – Auckland, North Island This well-established main contractor has built an outstanding reputation over the past 20 years through the successful delivery of complex, high-profile projects in $50M - $200M space. With several major contracts recently secured and in construction., an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager -Services to join the team. The Opportunity This role offers the chance to take ownership of services for delivery on a large-scale, complex commercial project. It is ideally suited to a qualified electrician who has progressed into site leadership and is looking to further develop their career on a flagship build. Working closely with the Building Services Manager, Project Director, consultants, and subcontractors, you will be responsible for ensuring all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day delivery of all building services on site, including: Electrical Mechanical Hydraulic Fire services Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure programme and quality objectives are achieved Review drawings, identify clashes, and assist with design coordination and issue resolution Ensure compliance with site health & safety, quality assurance, and project standards Monitor installation progress and report on key services milestones Support testing, commissioning, and handover activitiesMaintain strong communication across site teams, consultants, and subcontractors Assist in resolving technical and construction-related challenges throughout delivery About You Registered Electrician or possess a strong electrical trade background Minimum 8 years' experience within commercial construction or electrical sub-contractor experience could be considered, Strong understanding of building services installation, sequencing, and commissioning Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme outcomes Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative project team What's on Offer?
