Customer Service & Tender Co-Ordinator

Nauhria is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Tender Co-Ordinator to join our team. This is a newly created role that combines tender coordination with customer service and sales support. You will be responsible for coordinating tender enquiries, maintaining customer relationships, supporting our estimating team, and identifying opportunities to provide additional Nauhria products and services. Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage tender enquiries and submissions. Maintain tender records and CRM. Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up quotations and assist in securing orders. Identify opportunities to offer additional Nauhria products and services. Coordinate customer enquiries through to order placement. Support the Estimating and Sales teams with day-to-day administration. About you Enjoys working with customers and building relationships. Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Has strong communication and administration skills. Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Is proactive and enjoys identifying opportunities to add value. Ideally has experience in construction, manufacturing or a similar industry (preferred but not essential).
