Synlait is inviting university students or recent graduates to spend the summer gaining practical HR experience within our People & Capability team in Dunsandel, Canterbury. You’ll work on competencies, position descriptions, training needs, and learning material, with exposure to recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
