We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly team on a part time basis (.4FTE) This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative primary care environment where you'll build meaningful relationships with patients and play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our community. What We’re Looking For Current New Zealand Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate. Previous experience working in General Practice or Primary Healthcare is highly desirable. Experience with chronic disease management, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and patient education. Excellent clinical assessment and triage skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues. A commitment to providing patient-centred care and improving health outcomes. An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a commitment to culturally safe practice.
