About the Role We are seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to support a busy FMCG operation on a temporary basis. Working closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, you will be responsible for investigating and processing customer claims, managing deductions and credits, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring claims are resolved accurately and efficiently. This role would suit someone with previous experience in FMCG claims, accounts receivable, deductions, credits, or customer claims administration within a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Investigate and process customer claims, deductions and credits Resolve pricing, rebate, delivery and stock-related discrepancies Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records Liaise with internal teams and external customers to resolve claim queries Ensure claims are processed accurately and within agreed timeframes Support reporting and continuous improvement of claims processes About You Previous experience in Claims Administration, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Customer Claims within FMCG Strong understanding of deductions, credits, rebates and account reconciliations Experience working with major retailers or FMCG customers is highly regarded Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Available to commence at short notice Who we are At PERSOL, we connect people to meaningful work and growth.
