Alignz Recruitment in Tauranga is seeking a Civil Machine Operator to operate heavy machinery (5T–20T) on civil projects across the Bay of Plenty. You will join a tight-knit crew and help deliver infrastructure, commercial and subdivision works on-site. You should have 2+ years of machinery operation in civil construction, a Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 + WTR an added bonus), be physically fit, and committed to safety and teamwork.
