Senior Jewellery Sales Professional — Wrights Jewellers, Pukekohe About the role Wrights Jewellers is seeking a Senior Jewellery Sales Professional to join our team in Pukekohe. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise and passion for jewellery to a well-established, family-owned retail environment. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the high standards Wrights is known for, showcasing our collection while building lasting relationships with our clientele. Key responsibilities Provide expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations, helping customers find the perfect piece for any occasion Conduct jewellery consultations, including engagement rings, wedding bands, and bespoke pieces Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following point-of-sale procedures Maintain an immaculate shop floor and jewellery displays Assist with stock management, including receiving, checking, and organising inventory Build and nurture customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up Maintain awareness of current jewellery trends and promotions What we're looking for Experience in jewellery retail or luxury goods sales Good knowledge of jewellery materials, gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers Strong numeracy skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems Reliability.
