As Wastewater Category Manager, you'll take national ownership of a critical product category and lead a talented team across engineering and sales. This is a unique opportunity to embed yourself in a highly successful, well-resourced business and make a genuine impact on the future of wastewater solutions in in New Zealand. You’ll be involved in: Taking full ownership of the national Wastewater product category Acting as the organisation's wastewater technical authority internally and externally Developing and executing category growth strategies and driving market penetration Leading specification work and product approvals with councils, regulators, and consultants Managing and developing a national team of engineering and sales personnel What You’ll Bring Deep knowledge of the wastewater industry including products, applications, and market dynamics Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L management experience Background in wastewater process engineering, water infrastructure, or technical product management Proven ability to engage and influence engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulators Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across engineering and sales What’s on Offer $120,000 - $150,000 per annum + company vehicle A supportive, values focused culture Full ownership of the national Wastewater national product category Leadership of a talented national team across engineering and sales A direct role in shaping how wastewater infrastructure is specified and delivered across NZ #J-18808-Ljbffr
