About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Community Facilitator to support community-based clients in the Te Awamutu and Cambridge areas. Our clients are in the driver’s seat of their own lives — they make the decisions, set the goals, and choose the direction they want to go. Your role is to walk alongside them as a guide and supporter while they navigate their community, build confidence, and connect with natural supports and opportunities. This is not a "doing for" role. It’s about empowering people to live meaningful and connected lives.
