Stunning Smiles Limited – Newmarket, North Island We are looking for a friendly, proactive person to join our practice in a dual chairside assistant and reception role. Key responsibilities Provide chairside dental assisting across a range of procedures, including same-day crown equipment Rostered with front-of-house administration and reception duties as required (scheduling, patient check-in/out, phone and messaging support) Anticipate the dentist's needs during procedures — have the right instruments, materials, and information ready before they're asked for Help identify and implement small efficiencies that streamline day-to-day practice flow, from patient turnover to admin processes Maintain the highest standards of sterilisation and infection control at all times, in line with practice protocols and regulatory requirements Support a warm, multicultural environment where every patient feels welcomed, understood, and well cared for About you A strong team player who takes initiative and enjoys learning new technologies as the practice grows Naturally friendly and personable — you make patients feel relaxed and at ease from the moment they walk in Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle clinical and admin responsibilities smoothly A meticulous approach to sterilisation, hygiene, and infection control Multilingual ability is a bonus Must hold a valid New Zealand working visa About us A genuinely fun, supportive team culture — we work hard and enjoy each other's company.
