The role is for 20-25 HOURS PER WEEK with the opportunity for hours to increase over time as the role grows. Key Responsibilities Coaching Design and lead high energy group sessions that are fun, safe, and results driven Adapt workouts on the spot to suit different fitness levels and abilities Motivate, encourage, and connect with members to keep energy high Programme and deliver 1-on-1 personal training sessions Gym Operations & Growth Create ideas and initiatives for lead generation Onboard and guide new members so they feel welcomed and supported Plan challenges, events, and team activities to keep members engaged Maintain equipment and keep the training space clean and safe Uphold health and safety policies to ensure the safety of all members and staff Contribute to social media with posts that showcase classes, events, and member success To be successful you’ll need: Level 4 Personal Training qualification or higher Minimum 2 years experience employed in a gym setting To be a coach with the energy and presence to motivate and inspire every session Strong knowledge in: Strength & hypertrophy training - Mobility and functional movement - Fat loss and conditioning - Training modifications for injuries or restrictions A current First Aid Certificate , or able to get one before starting The ability to work independently - keeping yourself on top of workload, taking initiative, and using down time efficiently Bonus skills: Nutrition knowledge and experience running fitness events or challenges If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
