You will be part of a collaborative environment that values continuous improvement and operational excellence. In this role, you will lead an established payroll team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting ongoing growth. It's a hands-on position where you will balance leadership with delivery, driving process improvements and building capability within the team. KEY DUTIES Lead, mentor and support the payroll team Oversee end to end payroll processing using PayGlobal Ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness of payroll Identify and drive process improvements Present payroll updates and insights to stakeholders Work closely with HR and finance teams SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience in high volume NZ payroll environments Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role Exposure to PayGlobal and PowerBI Strong communication and presentation skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lead through change and growth BENEFITS Hybrid working, 3 days in the office Supportive and encouraging team environment Opportunity to shape and grow the payroll function Busy fast paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
