Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our team. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and helping clients achieve successful project outcomes. You will develop new business, maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects and homeowners, and manage sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award. Our Quantity Surveyor prepares all estimates and pricing, allowing you to focus on building relationships and winning work. Key Responsibilities Develop new residential and commercial business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects and homeowners. Conduct client meetings and site visits. Qualify sales opportunities and gather project information. Present quotations and follow up opportunities. Negotiate and secure new projects. Maintain an organised sales pipeline and CRM. Achieve agreed sales and gross profit targets. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. About You Sales experience, preferably within the construction or building industry. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Confidence in negotiating and closing sales. A proactive, self-motivated approach. Professional presentation and attitude. A full New Zealand driver's licence. Experience in the tiling or construction industry is an advantage, but not essential.
