Take ownership of credit management, support internal teams, and help maintain strong cash flow across the business. This role suits someone who’s confident with credit investigations, collections, and building strong customer relationships. About the Role You’ll manage a portfolio of credit accounts, investigate new applications, monitor overdue balances, and ensure orders are released in line with credit policy. The role involves daily communication with internal teams and customers, requiring accuracy, professionalism, and strong decision‑making. What You’ll Be Doing Investigate new credit applications and prepare supporting reports Review and monitor credit limits to ensure accounts remain credit‑worthy Manage overdue accounts and coordinate timely collections Release orders on credit hold in line with policy Liaise with Sales, Service, Finance and Administration teams Maintain compliance with WHS policies and procedures What You Bring Experience in accounts receivable or credit control Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to make sound decisions within role scope Confidence using computer systems and MS Office Professional presentation, customer focus, and a proactive approach Understanding of legal collection processes (advantageous) Why This Role?
