AI Test Lead

Opportunity Knocks Our client is seeking an experienced Test Lead to lead quality assurance across a major AI transformation programme. Combining strategic leadership with hands‑on automation, you will establish the test approach, build scalable automation frameworks, and help ensure AI-enabled solutions are secure, reliable, and production‑ready. Key Responsibilities Lead the programme’s test strategy, planning, delivery, and quality reporting. Build automated test frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript or C#/.NET. Manage API, integration, workflow, application, and AI testing across CI/CD pipelines. Apply AI‑assisted testing tools and appropriate controls for generative AI and autonomous agents. Define quality gates, manage defects and risks, and support secure, reliable releases. Collaborate with technical and business teams to continuously improve delivery. About You 8 or more years of experience leading test delivery, with strong hands‑on automation and API testing skills. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines. A proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to work with minimal direction and challenge existing practices. A strong interest in using AI tools to improve test coverage, quality, and delivery speed. Experience within insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated environment. Experience with Salesforce/Agentforce, Temporal or similar platforms, AI testing, and performance or security testing would be advantageous.
