About You As the Structural Engineering Manager, you’ll have demonstrated ability to: Lead and grow the Sunshine Coast structural business Manage team performance, delivery standards and culture Influence strategy through direct access to Directors Drive financial performance and sustainable growth Shape recruitment, succession, and long-term capability Skills and attributes Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering Have CPEng, RPEQ or both >10 years Australian structural consulting experience Exp. in commercial, medium rise residential & Govt. buildings Ability to liaise with Clients and develop new business Experienced in structural analysis and design Commercially savvy with financial P&L acumen Ability to manage an office, mentor and lead a team Champion a culture of fun and performance The Company This company is a well-established and expanding structural and civil engineering consultancy.
