They're looking for an Accounts Officer to join their Business Enablement team, sitting within Finance & Business Performance. You'll be the engine behind their accounts receivable function; keeping the numbers accurate, the processes running smoothly, and the stakeholders happy. Day to day, you'll be: Reconciling AR ledgers and resolving discrepancies before they become problems Processing payment files, cash receipts, invoices, and staff expense claims Acting as the go-to point of contact for creditors, debtors, and internal teams Conducting regular audits to keep financial data tight and trustworthy Spotting inefficiencies and doing something about them Stepping in to support the wider accounts team when needed Our client is a highly regarded, nationally recognised professional services firm with a strong presence across New Zealand.
