We are looking for a part time customer experience professional to join our supportive, versatile Tūrangi team. In this frontline position you will be the first point of in-person contact for our community and visitors providing them with comprehensive, objective, and accurate information regarding what makes our district such a special place to live, work and play. Most of the time you will be based at our hub in the heart of Tūrangi town center, but from time to time you'll also jump in to help at our other sites across the district (in Mangakino and Taupō). This role offers great work life balance, working a rostered 23 1/2 hours per week (including 3 1/2 hours on a Saturday morning). You will need to be customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach and be able to work well under pressure. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their exceptional customer service skills and can relate well to others. You'll share our dedication to and passion for the district and be focused on continuous improvement for the communities we serve. To succeed in this position, you'll be: Happy to work Saturdays (9.45am - 1.15pm) - but with the benefit of finishing early enough to make the most of everything our region has to offer for the rest of the weekend!
