Central Auckland | Full-Time | Immediate Start We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional services organisation based in Central Auckland. With a team of approximately 20 employees, this is an opportunity to join a respected business in a pivotal role supporting senior leadership while ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently. This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll provide executive support to the Director, partner closely with the General Manager, and coordinate the day-to-day administration and operations of the business. About the Role Key responsibilities include: Providing proactive executive support to the Director, managing priorities, correspondence and follow-up actions. Managing calendars, meetings, travel, inboxes and executive administration. Coordinating management meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions. Supporting legal and operational administration, including document and file management. Maintaining company registers, compliance records and organisational documentation. Coordinating staff onboarding and offboarding, HR administration and office systems. Assisting with fleet management, health and safety administration and compliance. Coordinating office facilities, suppliers, contractors and workplace resources. Supporting client onboarding, proposals and general business administration. Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and keep operations running efficiently. About You You’ll be an experienced Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Practice Manager or Senior Administrator who enjoys taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring: Proven experience in executive support and office administration. Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to follow up and keep work moving. Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with document or practice management systems is advantageous. A high level of professionalism, discretion and integrity. Experience within legal, investigations, professional services, insurance, government or another compliance-focused environment will be highly regarded. What's on Offer Full-time permanent position.
