Brightwater Engineering - Auckland, North Island We are looking for a capable person to join our Auckland Electrical team as an Electrical Services Manager . This position will drive growth in our Electrical business and be responsible for the day to day running of the electrical team, driving health and safety, commercial and financial outcomes, procurement, quality, and people supervision across a range of electrical projects. To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes: 5+ years' experience as a qualified industrial electrician, proven track record leading and developing high performance teams Actively pursue sales and business development opportunities and implement strategies for increasing client retention and/or seeking out new clients Proven ability to gain strong commercial outcomes through the course of a project with the ability to strengthen client relationships Strong practical knowledge of health and safety in high-risk work environments The ability to plan and execute electrical engineering jobbing work and projects from a contractor perspective Effective planning and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment are essential The right person will be able to generate sales opportunities and continue to grow the electrical business.
