Cook Street Health Centre is a quality general practice, has Foundation Standard Certification and Cornerstone Accreditation, with a focus on equity. We have a dedicated team of 4 GPs, 2 NPs, 4 Primary Health Care Nurses, 1 Health Care Assistant, 1 Practice Administrator, 4 Receptionists and 1 Chief Executive We are looking for an experienced part time Registered Nurse to work 16 hours a week. Monday 8.30am – 5.30pm , Tuesday 8.30am - 12.30pm & Wednesday 8.30am – 12.30pm What you will be doing Acute Care Long term condition management Promoting health and wellbeing through patient self-management support, education, advice and support Wound care assessment and management Phone and patient portal assessment, care and support Clinical administration What we can offer you Opportunities for professional and personal development Supportive team environment Culturally safe practice Do you have what we are looking for?
