As the Development Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects remain organised, documentation is accurate, and information is communicated effectively across internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining project records, coordinating variations, managing critical documentation, producing reports, and supporting the administrative processes that take projects from construction through to completion. Key Responsibilities Maintain project registers, documentation, schedules, and records. Coordinate project variations, approvals, and associated documentation. Track project milestones and key dates. Support contract administration and document management processes. Maintain project databases and reporting systems. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. Coordinate stakeholder communications and follow up outstanding actions. Manage digital filing systems and document control. Assist with handover and completion documentation. Liaise with contractors, consultants, legal representatives, and internal teams. About You You may currently be working as a: Project Administrator Construction Administrator Contracts Administrator Property Development Administrator To be successful, you'll bring: Experience in construction, property, project administration, or development environments. Strong organisational and coordination skills. Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence working with databases, spreadsheets, and project management systems. A proactive approach with the ability to identify issues and drive tasks through to completion. Construction, property development, or infrastructure experience. Exposure to contract administration or project delivery environments. Experience managing project variations or change requests. Familiarity with project management, CRM, or workflow systems.
