Country & Co Realty is looking for a practical, people‑focused Marketing & Administration Coordinator to help showcase rural properties, strengthen our brand presence and support our busy sales team. This role blends creativity, community connection and high‑quality administration. You’ll be one of the friendly faces of our office, the driver behind our marketing activity, and a key part of delivering an exceptional client experience. What you’ll be doing Leading proactive marketing activity that strengthens our rural brand presence Creating compelling property listings, coordinating photography and producing digital content Managing social media channels and website updates Supporting agents with high‑quality marketing materials and lead‑generation tools Coordinating sponsorships and community engagement opportunities Providing reception and administrative support across the business Maintaining accurate records, listings, maps and documentation in Property Suite Preparing agreements, brochures, advertising copy, title searches and market reports Delivering helpful, solutions‑focused office support with professionalism and initiative. What you’ll bring Digital marketing capability (Meta, Google Ads/Analytics, Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp/HubSpot) Strong administration skills and confidence managing multiple deadlines Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills An understanding of rural communities Hands‑on, energetic, practical approach Website CMS experience (advantageous) Why join Country & Co?
