About theRole We arelooking for a New Zealand registered midwife with passion and commitment tojoin our Community Midwifery Team, providing safe, high-quality antenatal andpostnatal care for women who are unable to access a self-employed LMC. This is arewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships with women and theirfamilies while providing continuity, support and excellent midwifery carethroughout their maternity journey. WairauHospital is a secondary-level maternity unit supporting approximately 500births each year. Our community and coremidwives work closely alongside LMC midwives and our Obstetric, Anaesthetic andPaediatric colleagues.
