The Client Success Manager plays a central role in delivering an exceptional client experience from the initial engagement through to the completion of their visa application. This position combines client relationship management, administration, documentation management, application preparation, and operational support. Working closely with the Licensed Immigration Adviser, the Client Success Manager will coordinate every stage of a client's journey by ensuring applications are prepared accurately, documentation is complete, communication is timely, and clients remain informed throughout the process. This role requires an individual who is highly organised, detail-oriented, compassionate, proactive, and capable of independently managing multiple applications while maintaining exceptional service standards. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build positive, professional, and trusting relationships Guide clients through each stage of the immigration process and explain documentation requirements clearly Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of requested information and keep them informed regarding application progress Respond to client enquiries professionally and within agreed service timeframes Prepare visa applications using Immigration New Zealand's online systems under supervision of the Licensed Immigration Adviser Review client documents for completeness and consistency, organise supporting documentation, and upload documentation correctly Request, receive, organise and verify completeness of documentation, and maintain secure electronic client files Maintain accurate client records, update internal tracking systems, schedule appointments and reminders, and assist with invoicing Communicate professionally via email, telephone and video meetings, and liaise with Immigration New Zealand regarding application updates where authorised Maintain strict confidentiality, follow internal procedures and quality standards, and perform quality checks before applications are reviewed About you Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (creating, editing, splitting, merging and organising PDF documents) Proficiency in cloud-based CRM Proficiency in video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams/Zoom) Experience in immigration services, legal administration, education or international student services is preferred Experience working with confidential information is highly desirable Demonstrate honesty, integrity, compassion, empathy, professionalism, accountability, reliability, patience, and emotional maturity Strong work ethic, positive attitude, initiative, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning Respect for cultural diversity and ability to remain calm under pressure Genuine enjoyment in helping people and taking pride in contributing to positive outcomes About us At Innovius, we believe that immigration is more than completing forms - it is about changing lives, creating opportunities, and helping people build their future in New Zealand. #J-18808-Ljbffr
